It is just walking distance from all of the fun on Flagler Ave, which has plenty of food options, shopping boutiques, and night life fun. There is onsite fun to take part in such as putt putt fun, shuffle board court, and an inviting pool to swim in. This unit has a great view of the ocean and pool area, located on the third floor of the building. There is a common area kitchen located close to the pool if you wanted to prepare lunch pool side. There are elevators to take you to and from the unit and carts that you can use to easily get your belongings and groceries to and from the unit.

Cancellation Policy
AUTOMATIC FORFEIT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WITHOUT A THIRTY (30) DAY WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FOR WEEKLY STAYS AND NINETY (90) DAY FOR MONTHLY STAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED FOR PARTIAL STAYS FOR ANY REASON. LESSOR WILL MAKE A GOOD FAITH EFFORT TO RE-LEASE THE CONDOMINIUM. IF A NEW TENANT IS NOT OBTAINED FOR THE RENTAL PERIOD, LESSEE WILL FORFEIT SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Deposit Policy
A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500.00 IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE HELD IN A SEPARATE, NON-INTEREST-BEARING ESCROW ACCOUNT AND IS REQUIRED WITHIN 15 DAYS TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION. THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE RENT AND WILL BE HELD AS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT. LESSOR SHALL BE ENTITLED TO APPLY ANY MONETARY AMOUNT TO DAMAGE OR LOSS SUSTAINED DURING LEASE. ANY FUNDS RETAINED FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE LESSOR:
